Groupe creates 100,000 personalized thank-you films for each member of its team
After a year in which Publicis achieved many first places - first place in organic growth, first place in all financial KPIs, first place in new business, first place in ESG, first place in the industry in terms of market value - we wanted, as always, to put our employees first and thank them individually for helping us to secure first place in 2023. That's why we're starting 2024 not with a single New Year's wish movie, but with 100,000 of them. One for each member of the Publicis team.
In a unique experiment that pushes the boundaries of AI video, storytelling and personalization at scale, Arthur's usual New Year's message to the group takes an unusual turn when he is joined by his AI twin, the AI-Directoire+ and AI-Maurice.
With the help of our AI platform Marcel, each employee receives a personalized thank you based on their interests shared on the platform. Along the way, Carla, Dave, Agathe, Nigel (Directoire+) and even Maurice seem to have learned some surprising new skills.
