Our Sustainability Squad is committed to driving forward the sustainability transformation. The team works towards transparency in all environmental and climate matters and continually develops new measures to optimise our environmental footprint. By raising the profile of sustainability topics, the team inspires others to take part in social initiatives and encourages sustainability at the workplace. 

Social responsibility

We actively support social projects. We don’t want to just donate money, but also want to invest time in local, national and international projects. We support people and animals in need and are keen to get involved as much as possible. Our employees have the opportunity to shine a limelight on projects that are particularly close to their heart and to propose their own projects too.

Culture Club

Having fun at work is fundamental. Our Culture Club provides a framework in which employees can plan joint initiatives and activities to raise team spirit and improve company culture. This involves everything from large events, fun lunch breaks and get-togethers to innovative ideas for brainstorming sessions and collaboration opportunities.
