Zenith appoints Simon Kramm as Chief Operating Officer

Simon Kramm has joined the Düsseldorf-based media agency Zenith, part of the Publicis network, with immediate effect. As Chief Operating Officer, he will report directly to CEO Jennifer Andree and will work with her and the Managing Board to drive forward the business development of the largest media agency in the Publicis network.

Kramm comes from PIA Media, where he was most recently responsible for the client business as Chief Client Officer. After holding digital positions at Telekom and L'Oréal, he previously worked for several years in eCommerce, Client Leaderhsip and finally as Head of Strategy in the management of Wavemaker.

"Simon has extensive and integrated knowledge in digital disciplines such as performance marketing, commerce and data-driven strategic marketing," says Jennifer Andree. "With his strategic and growth-oriented mindset, we will be able to advise and support our clients even better in key marketing transformation issues in the future. We look forward to working together for our clients and with our employees."

"As the media arm of Publicis Groupe Germany, we also want to grow in 2024. With new hires like Simon, we are showing that we are continuously investing in our agency brands, further expanding the quality of our consulting services for our clients and positioning ourselves correctly for major new clients in the upstream personnel," adds Olivier Korte, CEO Publicis Media.

Simon Kramm: "Zenith committed itself very early on to the ROI of its clients and thus to data-driven efficiency and sustainable client growth. I am very much looking forward to making my contribution to this together with my new colleagues - and, as part of the Publicis Groupe, to bringing 'The Power of One' to life for our clients."

In addition to Andree and Kramm, the Zenith Managing Board also includes Managing Partners Mareike Papez, Simon Roszinsky, Sven Neif and Steven Mumendey.
